Ingredients for Pancake:

  • 1 cup cornflour
  • Half a cup of flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Water as needed

Ingredients for stuffing:

  • Small pieces of half a cup of chicken
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 pinches black pepper powder
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Oil as needed

Recipe step by step:


  1. Combine all the ingredients needed to make pancakes. Put a little oil in a nonstick pan, spread a little mixture and bake on both sides till it turns brown. Sprinkle a little cornflower so that the pancakes don’t stick.
  2. Put 3 to 4 drops of oil in a nonstick pan, add chopped chicken, salt and black pepper and fry. Remove from heat and cool. Put 3 to 4 tsp oil in the same pan and make egg omelette. Mix the omelette pieces and the fried chicken to make a mixture.
  3. Place the chicken egg mixture on top of the pancakes and roll. Seal with egg white mixture or cornflower paste and deep fry over medium heat till brown.
